Can you deliver Clearwater chemicals to Northern Ireland?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver any Clearwater chemical products to Northern Ireland addresses.
Will my items bundle arrive in one package?
All bundle items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
When will my express delivery order be dispatched?
Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Please note: This service is only available for UK mainland addresses, with postcode and location restrictions. This delivery method will be displayed in the checkout if your delivery address entered is eligible.
Do delivery times vary for remote areas?
Yes, certain remote areas may require additional time for delivery, even with our standard service.
Please allow 7‑10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery to remote areas.
What are your standard working days for delivery?
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank/Public Holidays. Please allow extra time during holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to UK and Channel Islands addresses. At this time, we are unable to offer international delivery.
What is the Christmas delivery cut-off?
Order by 2 pm on 19th December for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after 2 pm on 19th December through 4th January will take 3‑5 working days for delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If there are obvious signs of damage, we would advise that you refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If you were unable to receive the package in person and discover the damage after receiving the order, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging and ensure this remains intact as proof of damage upon delivery for the claim process.

What is your standard returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
What if my order included a promotional Free Gift?
The Free Gift must be returned with the original item. If not, we may deduct the gift’s value from your refund.
Will my original delivery fees be refunded?
If you are returning an unwanted item, unfortunately your original delivery fees will not be included as part of your item refund.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping including the purchase of return labels with couriers will need to be the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return your item for reasons such as inaccurately described, or the wrong item was sent please contact us as soon as possible.
Are restocking fees applied to returns?
If applicable, restocking fees will be displayed during checkout and noted on your packing list.

Is there an extended returns period for Christmas?
Orders placed between 1st October and 31st December are eligible for return until 31st January of the following year, under our standard return terms.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5‑10 business days after the return is accepted and will appear on your credit card statement within one or two billing cycles.
