The 3-in-1 test strips are used to measure the levels of Free Active Chlorine, pH and Total Alkalinity to ensure your water is always perfectly balanced.

Using the pool and hot tub test strips to measure chlorine, alkalinity and pH and check water balance enables you to identify any changes needed before using the pool or hot tub.

The Clearwater® Dip Tests are manufactured by the founders of dip testing in the USA and are the most accurate available on the market, so you know you're getting an accurate reading every single time.

How do Clearwater test strips work?

Once dipped into the water, ClearWater Test Strips have 3 separate markers that quickly react to the chemical concentration in the water, each reaction results in a different colour, which can be compared to the chart on the container.

ClearWater Test Strip - Quick Start Guide:

Step 1: Dip a test strip into the water for a couple of seconds, then remove and hold the test strip level for 15 seconds without shaking it.
Step 2: Place the test strip against the colour scale on the container to compare levels by matching colours.
Step 3: There are three separate sections on each strip to indicate each type and its current level.

- Chlorine levels of a hot tub should be 3‑5 ppm (Parts Per Million) or 1-3 ppm for pools
- pH levels should be 7.2 ‑ 7.6
- Total Alkalinity levels should measure 80 ‑ 120 ppm (Parts Per Million).
